I used Moody's eleven years ago to sell my home. Service was brilliant and the house was sold in weeks. We decided to sell again around two years ago so requested a valuation from three local estate agents, one of which was Moody's. Two estate agents arrived with glossy brochures and pushy sales, one undervalued the property by over 10,000! Then along came Peter from Moody's. "Are you moving again!" was his comment when I opened the door. He gave me his valuation (what I expected) and costs and left me to decide. Of course, with such a personal and professional service I decided to use Moody

Moody and co. made finding a place of our liking to rent very easy. Communication was easy with them and it was easy to approach them at any time during our stay. The staff was always very prompt in addressing any queries or clarifications. All the moving in and moving out procedures were easy as well. Came to South Shield for a short course and was lucky to have Moody & Co as my Estate Agent. Good apartments at affordable price, along with very friendly and professional staff. Swift attendance to concerns/complain; Eve Brown is definitely an asset, very supportive with passionate and top-notch customer service. In all, great company, great staff and great service.
