General Haulage

Our extensive HGV fleet provides nationwide distribution for diverse cargo types. We manufacture high-strength interlocking concrete blocks using 52.5 CEM 1 cement. These precast blocks suit retaining walls, storage bays, and load-bearing structures. Available in multiple sizes with lifting pins, they can be collected or delivered using our specialist offload vehicles.

Timber Haulage

Specialist timber transport services using crane vehicles and pin flat trailers. We serve forestry clients with spot hire or contract options for logs and processed timber. Our vehicles ensure safe handling of both roundwood and sawn timber consignments.

Pallet Distribution

Driver 656 Devon branch almost back ended my car with his road rage on the a483 Wxm today !
Didn’t want to allow us on to the bypass so decided to try bully me to stay on the slip or speed in a speed restricted area of 50 ! He then proceeded to tail gate and beep his horn at my car whilst my daughter was in the back ! By the looks of these reviews you seriously need to look at who you employ !

They don't respect village speed limits even with children walking down the road. Would be good if Evans management could actively discourage speeding.

Evans has a big problem with it's drivers who are among the most aggressive on the road. In spite of speaking to them about this in the past nothing seems to have changed. They frequently do not keep to their side of the road, drive too fast , pull out when it's not safe to do so, ignore other drivers right of way and make abusive gestures and shout obscenities at other road users,( as happened to my daughter who had only just passed her driving test). Interestingly we have never experienced any problems with M Way ,another local haulage firm or with Coles plant hire firm( also local) Indeed we

We needed a relatively small amount (3m2)of ready mix for a base for a hot tub. Evans were brilliant. Gave excellent advice and were very helpful at getting the cement here when we needed it. The driver was very patient and helpful too. Money well spent. Would definitely recommend them.
