The skill levels of some of the HGV drivers here is poor. Perhaps a driving assessment is needed and further training. Not all the drivers are rubbish,but fitting dash cameras will sort out the ones with issues! Nobodys perfect, but driving a large vehicle comes with responsibilities and few of the drivers here are letting the company down.Maybe the company should route plan drivers and drivers that need HELP should get it from the company that would avoid a lot of mistakes.
