Just completed on a house purchase with Shortland Horne city office and I cant fault them, they were extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. We have sold two properties with Shortland Horne this year. The valuing was accurate, the photographs were fantastic, but where they really added value was with our second sale and the after sale care provided by Sam. The second sale was part of a chain and we were buying onwards - it was a long chain and not very straightforward at all, but the after-sale care provided by Sam was second to none.
