Godiva Estates is the brainchild of our Expert Letting Specialist Rich, formed in 2007 taking his knowledge and expertise from years within the industry and formulating the brand we all know today as Godiva Estates. Shortly after forming, David joined on board bringing his years of management taken from within the motor industry and mortgage advisor with him, adapting the skills he has into our Property Management and Maintenance Guru.
