Tried to book a viewing for a property, it took 4 days for them to respond. Finally got my viewing via a text message, no call from the office to confirm I could do the time requested, nothing. Overall experience was below what I expected.

From valuation through to sale, Jo and the team were efficient, communicated well and supported both sides to ensure that the sale went through smoothly. If it hadn't been for their professionalism managing the purchasers solicitor and their lack of communication the sale would have fallen through many times. Great service from Carol and Charlotte in the Lettings team - nothing was too much trouble. As I don't live in the area they orgainsed an EPC assessment and electrical check for me in double quick time, with the result that my flat was only vacant for a week. Really pleased, many thanks! I will be back!
