Easy Lettings are the best letting agency in Selly Oak! The staff are so friendly and approachable. They are extremely quick to sort out issues and ensure that our house is safe and secure. For instance, we had an problems with our boiler on New Year's Eve and within 15minutes they had come round and fixed it. They provide the best service and I'd recommend them to anyone!

As a university student, I was really worried about renting a student house, but Easy Lettings made the process so easy and quick. I have stayed with Easy Lettings for two years now and have rented two different properties (one that they own and another which they let). They are incredibly helpful and responsive to emails. The manager, Hussain, is very kind and responsive when there are maintenance issues. The overall team are incredibly nice and trustworthy (unlike other student housing agencies which can rip students off). If you are looking for a student house then i highly recommend Easy Lettings

I have been staying in an EasyLettings property since July and it has been really pleasant!! They have taken really good care of me and my flatmates, they are always very responsive if we have an issue and come around right away to be hands-on with solutions and repairs. Highly recommend for students in second year or third year!!
