We rented a property through Boothroyd. The property was serviced on time, points raised during tenancy were addressed quickly. No complaints. Professional company. We made a complaint once and the manager was straight on the phone to apologise and saw that the problem was rectified. The process throughout was good and once we were in the property we were never hassled by our landlord or Boothroyd.

Good companies only exist when they have good people in them. John Ansel is not just a very professional person, he is a great guy. I have worked alongside him, some time go, and he was tested to capacity, yet still handled himself with great dignity and believe me, if it wasnt for him I would of flipped my lid on many occasions. John, as they say, is a good egg and one that you can trust. At this juncture I would say, you can pay me later John..........................but, no need. You are a star.
