The business is owned by Helen Walthorne and Gary Delaney, with a team of intelligent, fully trained property consultants servicing our area with local knowledge and passion.

Gary has over 18 years' experience from the grass roots all the way up to managing 7 estate and letting agency offices. He has also established several successful sales and lettings businesses in Warwickshire and Worcestershire. Gary's estate agency business training and consultancy services are sought after by other property agents across the country.

Finding and Referencing Tenants with report available for you to view prior to commitment to tenant. First Quarter inspection with emailed feedback, Followed by Half Yearly Inspections unless additional visits are required.
