MayChild have made renting out my property so easy and their customer service is incredible. I have previously rented a house from MayChild as a student where their customer service, fairness and ability to deal with questions quickly was very impressive. When I wanted to let my first property, I knew I only wanted MayChild to manage the letting and wouldnt trust anyone else to do so. Helen and Pam have both been fantastic from start to finish. Pam has managed the letting personally and she responds to emails straight away and gives honest and impartial advice, which is great for people renting

This agency is definitely disaster!!! Me and my girlfriend had appointment at Wednesday 20.03.2019 to see very nice flat in Stratford-upon-Avon, from this what we were know , we were first persons interested about this property, unfortunately today (18.03.2019) if not this my girlfriend checked the property on right move website we will probably never know about this the flat was already rent for somebody else which was doing appointment after us. I never meet with something like this!!! And nobody was enough kind to call us and tell us about this , my girlfriend was need to call and ask

We used Maychild as a letting agent for our property and the service was poor throughout. We found that their communication was a particular weak point as we had to chase them on several occasions to have work completed and there were also multiple accounting mistakes made including rent that had been collected that was not paid into our account and us being charged twice for the same job. We have used letting agents in different areas of the country to let other properties and Maychild have by far been the worst that we have used. I dont normally do reviews but I am indebted to Maychild for the ongoing service they provide me. I am a small-time landlord with two three bed semis in Kenilworth. I live between Spain and the UK so I am not on the ground in Kenilworth to deal with (mostly) tenant related issues as they arise. These little issues would become large issues if I didnt have the guys in Maychild dealing with those issues.
