If you want to speak to a property expert, Martin and the team at Life Investments are the people. Made up of professional, thorough, realistic sales and service focussed individuals. Nothing is too much trouble. I have purchased via them, I let a property which they manage and I have had a house valued for sale. Marcus was recommended to us by the sales advisor from the development we have now bought on. We had a timeframe in which we had to achieve a sale on our house in order to reserve our plot and also to complete before the stamp duty payments started again. Unfortunately we didnt qualify for the part exchange scheme and the timing was tight.
Having dealt with Marcus previously she put us into contact with him, knowing how excellently efficient he would be.
