Specialised posture correction programmes address alignment issues caused by sedentary lifestyles or repetitive movements. Our practitioners combine manual adjustments with customised exercise plans to improve spinal alignment. This service particularly benefits office workers and pregnant women experiencing posture-related discomfort.
Joint Pain Relief
Targeted interventions for joint pain focus on improving mobility and reducing inflammation through gentle manipulation techniques. We address common problem areas including shoulders, hips, and knees affected by arthritis or repetitive strain. Patients receive lifestyle advice to manage chronic joint conditions effectively between treatment sessions.

Hobbled into this place on crutches after trapping my Sciatic nerve with a bulging disc. Absolutely brilliant care and advice, was walking upright, no crutches, within a few days. Honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.
