Called to check when they close, had literally 10mins I begged to please leave open as need to go to another pharmacy and they close in 10min too! They said okay and got my boys med ready super quick! Big thanks to the team

Went there today with an issue. Wanted to buy a lower dose of a medication i have on repeat over the counter because the higer dose was making me drowsy so the doctor advised me to do this.
Glynis was friendly and helpful as always. But the tall lady with short red/purple hair was rude as always. I have no idea what is wrong with this lady, she's always rude. I won't be going here again, which is a shame because I've been using this pharmacy since i was a child.

My mother used this phamacy to pick up her prescription, that she had ordered last week. She had to wait over 30mins for said prescription. She asked why it should take so long. Answer was it's a big prescription. But the prescription was ordered last week. This has happened before and has also been wrong. Which means having to go back again. You need to sort this out as other reviews are saying the same.

The Pharmacy Manager, Dave could not have been more helpful. I was unable to get my existing medication from my local pharmacy and he explained the alternative that I could ask my GP to prescribe. All sorted very quickly. Thanks Dave and Abington Pharmacy.

Awesome Pharmacist...and a great team of pharmacist assistants...Been trying to get a free NHS flu jab for weeks as I have a Medical Condition but finally have been able to have one.
Was prioritised by Dave and his team as have been through 3 weeks possibly four of trying....

This pharmacy is now under new management the pillbox .I went in for my medication last week and found their dispensary manager by the name of Dave so rude and arrogant
It was all over the fact that I wasn't happy with them changing the brand of my medication.He clearly does not have any experience on customer relations so I do not know how he is a manager. I have used this pharmacy for 20yrs but that clearly doesn't matter as he told me to take my custom somewhere else. To top it I own my own business in the area and have always had good relationships with the old owners.
