BLOOD TEST: booked appointment online and It was 13 minutes drive,so I went their for my blood test 5 minutes early ON TIME.Theres were a queue of 3 people and I was waiting for 6 minutes on the queue and after that one of the front desk staff said if anyone waiting for blood test USE the Clock in screen and I was the one and I clocked in and I was waiting and those who come before me they already gone and she started to letting in two people who come in after me and when I tried to ask the front desk staff the lady for the blood test without any respect and very rude said to me you were late

I have visited here for blood tests throughout the pandemic. Highly recommend, Hayley is brilliant - safe, caring and professional. You do need to be on time as slots are only 5 minutes.

Granted I was late for my blood test by 10 mins as I was stuck in traffic and travelling from Wyken.i was refused to be seen even though there was no one around . I use this place alot as I work in the area but I won't purchase or use facilities again. It wouldn't of affected no one. I waited outside for 10 mins and still no one had entered the pharmacy.

Very efficient, very friendly and most crucially, extremely accommodating. For example, went in to book a flu jab and it was administered straight away, didn't have to wait. The pharmacist clearly cares about his customers.

The female staff member performing blood tests was very rude, berating me in front of my child for being a couple minutes late. This was a result of waiting for the slow receptionist helping the person in front of me. The rudeness from a health care professional upset me, and upset my child as well. I will NEVER use their pharmacy again and will not recommend it to anyone.
