My order arrived absolutely nothing like the pictures, staff didn't help and told me I would need to pay return postage 12 if I wanted a refund. Wont shop there again. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. Can't leave no stars

Love this store, has everything you would need for the home and garden. Bought 2 x loungers for the garden at a fantastic price, 70 for the pair and believe me they are so comfortable. A very nice bargain and well pleased.

Be prepared to get lost. Really, this store is huge. It looks fairly small and unassuming from the front, but it stretches back a fair distance once you get inside. It can get rather busy in the main entrance area on a Saturday, so be prepared for a few elbows digging in. Don't forget to venture to the upstairs floors too. And if you are shopping with family, tell each other which section you are heading to or agree to meet at the entrance by a certain time as it is possible to miss each other (I know from experience!).
