Sofa Sofa's furniture is excellent and hard wearing. We are considering buying new sofas to replace the two Banbury models we bought some 15 years ago. We have taken care of the sofas but they are still in excellent structural condition and looking good. You guys are the best.

Very patient staff. Excellent choice of sofas, hats of to delivery crew as we have steep steps awkward access and the sofas are really heavy. We had to wait a few weeks while being made, but thats what you would expect,. Step daughter loved ours so shes ordered and taken delivery of her furniture too. Shop local

About one year ago we purchased our third set of sofas from Sofa Sofa after moving house. On Sunday 19th September a castor snapped unexpectedly. I took a photo, sent an email and called the next day. The replacement castor arrived by courier one day later! Every single interaction we have had with SofaSofa over the past 20 years has been excellent from the sales team right through to the Managing Director Lloyd - Great customer experience and I cannot recommend them highly enough..
