I have just had the worst experience of my life with this company. If Id been able to select Nil stars as a rating I would have
Ive had 2 settees covered with fabric highly recommended by the company as it was extremely hard wearing. I had it five minutes and my cat jumped up and put a claw through it. They have said its only hard wearing for sitting on !!! One of the settees also has a swivel seat function which isnt working as it was before recovering. They took it back to try and sort the swivel which still isnt correct. When delivering it back they caused a slight nick in the

They did a good job, but I was very disappointed when I was quoted one price, and then once they had picked up my piece of furniture the price almost doubled. At that point, theres not much you can do. Would ask for guaranteed quote next time in writing.
