While visiting the local area of Lossiemouth and Findhorn earlier this month, I stopped off in the lovely little town of Forres, where I visited among other shops, Murdoch Butchers, in the high street. I purchased a few Pork sausages, along with two large mince/onion pies, I have to say, and I have to say, that the service of the staff was very good. On arriving home, and feeling a little hungry, I decided to try one of one of the mince/pies with mashed tatties and garden peas, when upon tasting the pie, I soon realised that what a mistake I had made! I should have bought half a dozen!! The mince

Murdoch Brothers Butchers, 10-12 High Street, Forres, Moray, IV36 1DB, Scotland are Scotch Pie World Championship Winners! Established 1916 they offer quality products through their Forres High Street shop and (thankfully) also online. We're an exiled Scot based in England, and thrilled to receive a home delivery today of Scotch Pies and "Bridies" securely packaged & safely arrived. Small world, eh?

So pleased to discover the online shop as was wondering how we would get our fix of murdochs Xmas trimmings now that we don't live near Forres. Great hone delivery service, well packed and all my requests like vacuuming in different size packs and adding Cajun stir fry to order all done with no.problems. Will be ordering again without doubt!!
