The business grew faster than either of them expected and within a month we had to employ another butcher and a team member to make what was to become known as " Ali Paul's Steak Pie" other pies and another favorite - our coleslaw. One thing remains the same however - a commitment to the best quality produce - every time.

Can't make it to the A&I shop in person? We are delighted to offer free local delivery service, up to a radius of 15 miles of our shop in Inverness. We also deliver anywhere in the country, including Northern Ireland, at competitive prices. To order your meat from A&I simply give us a call on 01463 798303 by 5.00pm and we will arrange your delivery with you.

A&I Quality Butchers have been based in the Shopping Centre on Keppoch Road in Culloden, Inverness since we first opened our doors and counters in 1997. For over 20 years we have been at the heart of the community in Inverness and take great pride in knowing our customers and their requirements.
A&I Quality Butchers also take pride in training young people in the skills of butchering, to ensure this craft is passed on and not lost in an age of convenience.Our own Master Butcher, Ali Paul, is frequently invited to visit local schools and nurseries to raise awareness of the traditional trade and inspire the next generation!
