Services
Physiotherapy
Our chartered physiotherapists diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions using manual therapy, exercise prescription, and advanced techniques. We specialise in resolving chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, and sports-related injuries through evidence-based treatments. Each programme includes personalised rehabilitation exercises to restore mobility and prevent future issues.
Shockwave Therapy
This non-invasive treatment uses acoustic waves to accelerate healing in chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Ideal for treating tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and calcific shoulder tendinopathy, our radial shockwave therapy stimulates blood flow and tissue regeneration. Sessions typically last 15-20 minutes with most patients requiring 3-5 treatments.
Sports Massage
Targeted soft tissue therapy addresses muscle tension, improves flexibility, and aids recovery from sports injuries. Our deep tissue techniques release trigger points, enhance circulation, and correct postural imbalances. Particularly effective for runners, gym enthusiasts, and office workers experiencing repetitive strain injuries.
Running Gait Analysis
Using video analysis and pressure mapping, we evaluate running mechanics to identify inefficiencies causing injury. This assessment informs customised footwear recommendations and biomechanical corrections. Helps address knee pain, shin splints, and recurrent ankle issues in both recreational and competitive runners.
Custom Insoles
Tailored foot supports address biomechanical issues causing lower limb pain. Through 3D gait analysis and pressure mapping, we create medical-grade orthotics that improve alignment, reduce joint stress, and enhance comfort during daily activities or sports performance.

Top class physio. Oliver was very helpful in aiding recovery for a pectoral tear. Offered great support, as well as insightful help and understanding of the injury, and exercises I could do to help heal the area and start to build strength back up - which has given me confidence in moving forward with my recovery. Very friendly and professional throughout and consistently followed all COVID guidelines without any detriment in the quality of service.

I had my appointment online as per the lockdown. I found Oliver thorough, knowledgeable and professional remembering all issues discussed at the next appointment, and detailing clearly how to rectify the problem. He was also swift to answer emails. I will be using him again in the future.

I've known Oliver for a while now and he is highly recommended if you need a good professional Physiotherapist. He is in a good location in Le Sport with good free parking. I wouldn't hesitate booking in if I have any more injuries he has helped me a few times now.

Oliver ticks all the boxes when it comes to an exceptionally capable healthcare professional. It is clear Oliver is a physiotherapist who bridges modern day evidence based physiotherapy with old school knowledge through his many years working in the field of Sport physiotherapy, along with his years of highly specialist work within the NHS. I was blown away with how thorough his assessment was, intensely detailed assessment to get right down to root cause of my pains. Even though Im a Nurse myself, his simple explanations of human physiology using body map diagrams in his clinic allowed
