Physiotherapy treatment in the form of manual therapy ('hands-on'), targeting stiff and painful joints and muscles will help to reduce pain and facilitate tissue healing and subsequent return to function. In many cases, patients will not recall any trauma to cause an injury and their symptoms may be attributed to abnormal posture and compensatory movements.

We would appreciate 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment, should you need to cancel or rearrange. Your first appointment will take between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
