WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST LETTING AGENT THAT EVER EXISTED!!! The staff genuinely do not know what they are doing and truly do not care about you as a tenant. It's like they are paid to do the worst job they can possibly do and given bonuses to be extra useless, rude and ignorant. If you have the option, DO NOT GO WITH THIS LETTING AGENT. It is not worth the stress, disrespect and the money. You're better off buying a cardboard box to live out of and taking money for rent out of your account each month and burning it. This would be a much more pain free and worth while thing to do than to rent with
