UNETHICAL AND IMMORAL is how I would describe this estate agent. It would appear that this agent gazumped my son's house purchase. He had a house under offer for over six months with another agent and on the MORNING OF EXCHANGE was told that the seller was pulling out and it transpired that the previous day Peter Oliver had accepted an offer on it for more money the day before exchange of contracts. Unprofessional and underhand does not even come close to describing this shoddy practice. Not only has it cost my son a couple of thousand pounds in legal fees and six and a half months, but he will
