Nothing but rude to us since we moved in to our property. No heating working in our 1 year old sons room but told 2 weeks wait to fix it. After advising this is not acceptable they have advised we will be without heating for 1 week in out sons room. This firm is rude and have no concerns for us as tenants. On both occasions we have been shouted at and spoken to very rudely but 2 members of staff. Emma and Lisa have no right to speak to us in this manner !!!!! Disgusted by your company and professional manners.

I would absolutely recommend Stuart and Partners. The team are extremely helpful and friendly, they get back to you quickly and are really fair.
Sadly, I have moved away but if I ever rented in Haywards Heath again I wouldn't hesitate to go through Stuart and Partners.

We have just move our after 1.5 years of living in Sussex and renting from Stuart & Partners. We had a very good experience before and during our tenancy. The agents responded quickly to any issues we raised. We haven't had any bigger issues with getting our deposit back as we kept our property clean at all times. Good agency.
