I have used Paul and his small team to rent out a property I have in Newhaven. Ive come across many letting agents in my time but I have found everyone at Meechings to be courteous, knowledgeable, helpful (especially when tradespeople are needed to fix something at the property) and competitively priced. What else could you possibly need or want. I will continue to use them. My current tenant has used them for several years and says the same.

Doesn't care about letting out damp properties to people. When resident complains or gets environmental health involved they will give you notice on property. They have no concerns for people's health problems when living in extremely damp properties

The staff at meechings are fabulous they are very helpful if you have a problem, they go out of their way to help you when they can,. Nothing is to much trouble for them.
