I have been fascinated by holistic therapies and the power of the mind for many years, and following my own positive experiences of certain techniques, I decided to train formally in Hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy is a self-regulating industry, so professional organisations exist to promote integrity and good practice.

Clinical Hypnotherapy utilises a natural state of heightened self-awareness, when a person is much more responsive to beneficial suggestions. Each session begins with discussing your particular situation and difficulties, including any medical history, and what changes you are hoping to achieve. Providing you are happy, I shall then guide you into a deep relaxation, creating an altered state of focus, known as a 'trance'.

Initial sessions shall be 1 1/2 hours, in order to allow time to discuss your individual needs. If you feel that you might have a particularly complex or difficult situation to discuss on your first visit, I am happy to offer a longer 2 hour appointment. Providing at least 48 hours notice of cancellation is given, any fees paid can be transferred to a further booking, or refunded to you.
