New Patients

Report

New patients are welcome to register with the surgery providing you live within the practice boundaries, if you are unsure please ask at the reception desk. All newly registered patients over five years of age will be asked if they would like a new Patient medical. Patients on any medication will be asked to attend for a new Patient medical.

Patient Record

Report

Increasingly, patient medical data is shared e.g. between GP surgeries and District Nursing, in order to give clinicians access to the most up to date information when attending patients. The systems we operate require that any sharing of medical information is consented to by patients beforehand.
