As a new patient it's out of the frying pan and into the fire, I moved doctors a couple of months ago now and have had trouble sorting my repeat prescriptions out, I have been given a appointment and sent a confirmation to my phone and I have attended it and there's no appointment for me I am in pain constantly with a 10/10 score getting ready for the doctor's for nothing made me angry and I still tried to be nice. The doctor's that I had seen they were nice and listened to me so they were really good some of my family have moved over to this doctors surgery hope there experience is better than

Pointless exercise. Will try another centre as clearly patient importance is low on this centres priority.
