I work in the NHS in direct contact with patients. I know how to treat patients. Unfortunately I find the receptionists at this surgery to be lightly rude and seem to have no compassion when you're unwell and in need of an aptmt. They don't seem to have any people skills at all. I used to be registered at Crich surgery and all the staff there were 5/5. I was devasted to have to leave when I moved.

Impossible to see a doctor. The telephone receptionist asks to many questions about what's wrong with you. Even tho there not a doctor. The call back service is great. As a second opinion to talk to a doctor.

I have seen several GPs over the last 12 months and all have been very professional. On each occasion I felt listened to, was appropriately examined and had the opportunity to decide the best way forward. I have only seen a nurse one time but was
