Omg I can not believe what they have done with this cruel unprofessional idiots!! Imagine I am almost there now for my booked property viewing, and they rang and said you don't need to come as we agreed with another tenant.. I am really disappointed I will never ever contact them again, please people do not waist your time with them they are useless..

Lovely, until your downstairs neighbour starts inviting every drug addict from Wigan around for all night raves, then starts threatening to kill you and setting fire to things and trashing the place in the middle of the night. At which point, you go into their office and they say he's harmless because they're friends with his parents.

We are due to leave our rental property after five and a half years very shortly.
