Rented one property from this agent. Do not go anywhere near this company. Absolute criminals. This is the first time I have needed to turn to the police to report an agent. The agent allowed the property owner to enter my home while I was away. Jewellery, money and family antiques were stolen. I am absolutely disgusted.

Rented two properties from Fowlers from early 2017 to late 2018. Found Fowlers to be considerate, caring, responsive and professional.
Deposits returned promptly at end of our tenancies due to us leaving the properties in good order and staff always treated us with respect.

This will be the second time we have instructed Fowlers to sell our house and we also worked with them to sell our daughters house. We have nothing but praise for the quality of the service. This is a long standing independent agent and they have a wealth of knowledge about selling properties here on Dartmoor. We have appreciated their negotiating skills, willingness to hear our input and to answer our questions. All is clear and straightforward, nothing too much trouble. We hope, in due course to achieve a successful sale.
