Avoid like the plague. If youre looking for block management services, I cannot suggest enough to look elsewhere. I am unfortunate enough to live in one of their managed buildings and cannot say anything positive about the maintenance and services provided. A major safety critical problem in the building has not been repaired for over a year. Whitton and Laing maintenance men made a hole in the floor at the entrance of the building back in September which is still here in January. You have to chase them for months to get anything done and you can bet that you will not be informed about any maintenance

A 5 star service from the Premier Estate Agent in Exeter. In less than a week we had sold our house after receiving 6 offers.
