Sold quickly but just about any estate agent could have done the same. No real communication, with us contacting to bring them up to date, and asking for more interaction from them. Their bill went in on exchange day, but no contact to us - no thanks, card, Champagne. Go for purple bricks, not used but cheaper!

Property marketed on a Wednesday, week later on the Thursday (with six viewings booked) I had three offers! Owner really down to earth, fair and friendly, but above all, and bearing in mind estate agents aren't held in high esteem: honest! Did what he said he would do, when he said he would. Staff in the office polite, friendly and efficient, and communication was excellent. Not difficult to see why they're the number one agent in Seaton. Well done guys!
