I have dealt with PC Paramedics for years and have always found them to be knowledgeable and efficient. I have recently been dealing with Ms Liz Mottram in upgrading the operating system from Windows 8 to Windows 10. In the course of Upgrading the system, she found that my SSD was on the point of breaking down and so replaced it. Liz said the upgrade would take 2 - 3 days and sure enough it did. A job well done and should see me alright for a few years!

Having been lovely upgrading done RAM in a fiddly operation involving an upsidedown motherboard, it was suggested that I upgrade the harddrive of my old laptop. Good communication and a good price, together with good safeguarding (my laptop has done sensitive information) and non destructive data copying meant that the machine now flies. Covid safe, and good care means that I have really happy to both use them again when my screen goes, as well as recommend then to others wishing to boost the power of old devices.
