We are a young company - in outlook, if not entirely in years. Drawing on our past working experiences and the fine reputation of our Mediterranean-style restaurant "Herbs!" in Faringdon (Oxon) we provide quality outside catering which reflects that experience and reputation in our excellent food, presentation and attentive service.

Having worked at five-star hotels (Gleneagles and Moor Park Golf Club to name but a few), Sietske and I dreamt up Nosh! over a hot chocolate and a (large) packet of peanut M&Ms on one cold February evening while sitting in front of the log-burning stove.
With Herbs! our aim was to evoke the warmth and rustic simplicity of the Mediterranean ~ the warmth of orange and terracotta colours: the simplicity of old oak beams and broad, old, wooden floor-boards.Our menus reflect the taste of the Mediterranean too - fresh ingredients, fresh herbs, fresh cooking and simple tastes.

Our "Meals-on-Wheels" service is an ideal idea for those with limited time and in need assistance. With enough notice (maybe even as late as the day before but best to give us as much time as you can!) we will prepare a suitable menu for you. Our menu selections are varied so do talk to us about your preferences or any specific dietary requirements.
