Have to pay service charge for bad service ,food took ages and had to Ask for it a hr later after we ordered it ,was burnt bread in a club Sandwich ,I have never been so let down by poor service and quality of food in a establishment that is meant to be of a higher standard they should be ashamed to let such bad food over the kitchen counter and employ more staff may help or competent staff !!!
