Back Pain Treatment
Our back pain treatment utilises precise manual techniques to address spinal misalignments and muscular imbalances. This non-invasive approach alleviates discomfort from lumbago, sciatica, and disc issues while improving mobility. Patients receive tailored exercise programmes to strengthen core muscles and prevent recurrence, with treatment plans adapted to individual recovery progress.
Neck Pain Relief
Specialised cervical spine treatments target neck pain from poor posture, whiplash, or degenerative conditions. Gentle mobilisation techniques restore joint function while addressing associated headaches. We incorporate ergonomic advice to reduce digital device-related strain, with treatment durations adjusted according to symptom severity and patient response.
Sports Injury Recovery
Our sports injury rehabilitation combines joint manipulation with soft tissue therapy for shoulder injuries, muscle strains, and ligament damage. Customised recovery plans integrate progressive strengthening exercises and activity modification guidance to safely return patients to athletic pursuits while minimising re-injury risks.
Migraine Prevention
This preventative treatment protocol addresses cervicogenic headaches through upper spine adjustments and trigger point therapy. Patients learn posture correction techniques and stress management strategies to reduce migraine frequency, complementing medical treatments for chronic headache sufferers.
Postural Correction
Comprehensive postural evaluations identify biomechanical imbalances contributing to musculoskeletal pain. We provide workplace ergonomics advice and corrective exercises to address issues from prolonged sitting or repetitive movements, helping patients develop sustainable movement patterns for long-term spinal health.

Peter is an absolutely amazing Chiropractor. His blended approach with various techniques has literally returned my back and neck to normality. His sessions provide great value for money where there is no rush and we discuss issues, progress made and ongoing treatment. There is no hard sell to encourage you to need more sessions than needed. In fact quite the opposite. Lovely man, lovely offices.

I initially consulted Peter many years ago for a painful shoulder. My GP suggested pain killer after pain killer which didn't treat the cause - only the symptoms. Peter provided a great deal of help with the problem and I have continued to utilise his services on a regular basis both to treat aches and pains and to generally 'unscrew' myself. I certainly recommend seeking him out if you have Musculoskeletal niggles and it is certainly worthwhile seeing him every few months to 'straighten' you out to avoid future problems !
