Everything that has been explained to me was easy to digest and understand. The expected outcomes from the treatment has happened according to plan. I have been really delighted with the service and the problem is resolving. I would highly recommend Liam. He listened and understood the issues and has a really friendly disposition. I feel safe when being treated and the staff are welcoming to the practice.

I cannot recommend highly enough the Practice, staff and of course Mr Rousseau aka my angel with healing hands. I suffered an acute back injury on the 17th May, from picking a small plastic box and twisting so very slightly !!!! I was unable to mobilise, Im a 44 year old Advanced Nurse Practitioner, who had to reluctantly call an ambulance out after 2 hours face down on the floor. A week later I was still unable to mobilise despite anti-spasmodics, anti-inflammatories and multiple strong pain relief medications. Working diagnosis was a herniated disc. James had been highly recommended so I

Service totally Waste of time,
Basically your consultation fee is the scam, they dont do anything with you, apart from lye you down & give you1 or 2 shots from the chiro tool & that was an Expensive 1-2 shots at 45
its just a way to try & Justify the fee youve Payed. Also the place is like an old barn
No wheelchair access & the
toilet facilities
Are absolutely appalling
to say the least,
as i fell down in there. So do be Careful, as

Came to see Doctor James Rousseau in October 2020 after failing down the stairs during the first lockdown ( My wife was a previous client). I was in a pretty bad way with chronic pain in my legs and in general in pretty bad way with my condition really affecting my wellbeing. After the initial consultation it was decided between the both of us to attend the practice initially every week for 12 weeks where after we would then decide the next step of any more treatment.
12 weeks in i was in a much better place where the pain started to ease gradually and my overall flexibility dramatically increased

Do not go here if you value your orthopaedic health. I attended some years ago with an unstable right knee and it is only with time that I realise that one of these chiropractors may of compromised my knee forever. I was young - 26 years old at the time and I was looking for some relief for my knee stability and pain. The chiropractor placed me on my front after no proper tests done for possible ACL and/or PCL injuries. They then literally 'wrenched' my knee up and flexed it completely out of position repeatedly - hyperflexed with me in agony. I said for them to stop and they tried reassuring

Thank you to James at the Birmingham Chiropractic Clinic, he has treated my baby daughter for back tension due to severe colic. Every time we attended an appointment, James has been so welcoming and we have always left with my daughter seeming much happier and in less pain. She used to cry every time she went into her car seat, for the whole journey! And now she is happy in there, no longer in pain and sleeping better. Thank you James!
