Manual Therapy
Our chiropractors use advanced manual therapy techniques to address joint dysfunction and spinal misalignments. This hands-on approach improves mobility, reduces pain, and restores normal function through precise adjustments. Patients benefit from immediate symptom relief combined with long-term structural improvements.
Soft Tissue Techniques
Specialised soft tissue treatments target muscle tension and fascial restrictions using myofascial release and active release techniques. These methods enhance circulation, reduce inflammation, and accelerate recovery from sports injuries or repetitive strain conditions through targeted manual interventions.
Exercise Prescription
Tailored exercise programs address individual biomechanical imbalances and strengthen supporting musculature. Our evidence-based rehabilitation approach combines therapeutic exercises with patient education to prevent recurrence and improve overall functional capacity through home-based practice.
Dry Needling
This modern acupuncture technique targets myofascial trigger points to alleviate chronic pain and muscle spasms. By inserting fine needles into specific points, we release tension, improve blood flow, and promote natural healing responses for musculoskeletal conditions.
Foot Orthotics
Custom orthotic solutions address foot posture abnormalities and gait imbalances. Through comprehensive biomechanical assessments, we create personalised insoles that improve weight distribution, reduce joint stress, and enhance overall postural alignment for better musculoskeletal health.

Report
I have had three sessions to date at Avon Chiropractic. The team are friendly, and the centre is easily accessible from stratford town centre. I had a great first appointment with simon, an hour in length with some excellent exercise suggestions to do longterm to improve my posture. The first appointment was one hour, the second was 30 mins, and the third was 15 mins. Unfortunately, what I hadn't been made aware of by the team was that after the 2nd appointment, the treatment time would be halved and the price would remain the same (33) - with around 7 mins spent discussing progress since last
