I brought my car to kwik fit Ripon to have a tyre repaired after receiving appalling service from ATS Ripon. The service, customer care, service skills, speed etc etc was second to none I know where my car will be going from now on.

Told me an hour and a half to change a single tyre! Took nearly 2 hours, very slow, poor customer service!

I went to Keillor fit in Whitley bay this morning as I had a problem with my tyre The assistant was very friendly and extremely helpful showing me how to correct my problem I recommend this man( sorry I don’t know his name but he seemed to be by himself) for his customer service and helpfulness

I've always found Kev and the lads at kwikfit Shirley to be really friendly and accommodating. I went in without an appointment with a screw in my tyre, they were short staffed as it was just after Xmas but they still fitted me in and saved the day. Thanks lads.

Absolutely laughable service I paid almost £1K for 4 news tyres fitted on my drive, the appointment was cancelled 3 times by themselves, 1st was the night before the booking the next two the morning of the revised bookings. From payment to the next “Guaranteed” fitting day was almost a month. I gave up and requested a refund, going on not very “Kiwk” fits performance I’ll see that refund sometime in the future. Avoid at all costs.

Rang Kwik Fit Shirley yesterday had a problem with my car. Simon answered my call. He listened to me was very supportive calm and reassuring and knowledgeable. He is a credit to the company. He fitted me in at anytime to suit me leaving me feeling confident. My car was received by Kevin who was also very knowledgeable and explained in detail my requirements. He was extremely fair discussing the alternatives regarding costs. In no way did I feel any pressure. The job was completed over and above expectations. Kevin even addressed connection problems that Land Rover main dealers couldnt address
