Extremely poor customer service. I paid 50 for an MOT. When I went back for re test they had failed to tell me that there was a time limit on it being free of charge and wanted to charge me 50 again. I tried to complain but they weren't interested. They said I should have read the failure notice that's it tells you on there. Well it doesn't. There is no mention on a failure notice of time limits or charges.
