Services
Tree Pruning
Our tree pruning services enhance tree health and structural integrity while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Specialising in crown reductions, thinning, and formative pruning, we use target-cutting techniques to reduce risks of branch failure. Regular maintenance prolongs tree lifespan and optimises light penetration for urban environments, ensuring compliance with arboricultural standards.
Tree Removal
We safely remove hazardous or unsound trees using technical dismantlement and advanced rigging. Our specialists handle complex urban felling operations with minimal property impact. Emergency removals prioritise immediate risks, while crane-assisted techniques address large-scale projects. All work follows BS3998:2010 guidelines for safety and environmental protection.
Stump Grinding
Professional stump removal services prevent regrowth and prepare sites for replanting. We offer standard grinding 30cm below ground and premium options with herbicide treatment. Our equipment handles stumps of all sizes while minimising soil disruption, ensuring clean, efficient results for residential and commercial landscapes.
Emergency Tree Works
24-hour response service for storm-damaged or hazardous trees. Our certified arborists prioritise risks to safety and property, using specialist equipment for urgent removals. Initial stabilisation followed by comprehensive solutions ensures rapid resolution while maintaining compliance with industry safety protocols.
Hedge Trimming
Precision hedge maintenance services enhance visual appeal and plant health. We perform seasonal trimming for density control, using battery-powered tools for noise reduction. Specialist techniques address overgrown hedges while preserving species-specific growth patterns, ensuring long-term vitality and aesthetic consistency across formal and native hedgerows.

I asked for a quote and some advise on a number of trees that I am responsible for. Their advise was first class, and their work was completely trouble free and very professional. I will use them again in the coming years.

The team turned up to clean up and trim out hard and soft wood trees. Great job carried out with checking to confirm as they progressed. Very professional and importantly very polite people. Proper job and nothing like the casual people who just knock on the door uninvited. Will have them next year.

Wildwood are a thoroughly professional and most competent group. We have been using them throughout the last six years. We have recommended them to family, friends and acquaintances who invariably confirm our views. They always arrive punctually and leave the sight clean and tidy before leaving. Their work has included felling two large trees in a restricted area that were too close to our house and became dangerous. We have a high opinion of the way they work as a team. They have so pleasant to deal with.
