The property was sold within one day of placing it with Norfolk Agents. The staff could not have been more supportive. All staff were very good but I feel I have to give a special mention to Ellie. She went over and above to help us through the whole process. She was an absolute joy to deal with. I would not hesitate to use Norgolk Agents again. Thank you.

The Norfolk agents were professional and responsive throughout the process of buying the property and were patient with us when we had to shop for another lender for our mortgage when the first lender withdrew the offer at the initial point of exchanging contracts. The staff were friendly and very helpful too. Excellent service !
