GP surveyors were excellent in pursuing a notional rent increase for us. They are tenacious and determined to get the best deal and I am very happy with the results of their work for us.We had previously used local estate agents to act on our behalf when negotiating with the district valuer but now realise that the detailed knowledge GP surveyors have means they achieve a much higher rent and more than justify their fees. I would highly recommend them.
