Great company, providing a professional and courteous service throughout. I commissioned Inform to undertake a snagging report on my new build property - this proved to be invaluable, identifying issues which the builder would not have addressed otherwise. This is something all new build purchasers should have done. Brilliant service the bill was as initially quoted. would highly recommend.

I would really recommend this company based on their comprehensive survey information and customer service. Gavin & Felix were so friendly and took the time to speak with me over the phone to answer the many questions I had. My surveyor was obviously extremely knowledgeable, and what was great is that he explained his findings to me in a way that I understood without being patronising. They provided me with a nice middle option between a home buyers report and a full comprehensive survey called a 'summary of defects and repairs', which was a great option based on what I felt I needed. Inform surveying were extremely professional when I commissioned them to produce a survey for court in a small claim disrepair case. Gavin booked the appointment to suit my schedule and produced an extremely in depth report. They were competitive price wise and talked me through anything I did not understand.
