Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. They don't answer the phone. The staff in the shop are rude. They always blame your surgery for not returning any prescription requests to them. Simply useless!

I feel sorry for anyone who uses this pharmacy,. They have employed the thickest young girl I ever seen in my lifetime. This young girl who's now working the counter doesn't pick up the phone. I spent some days calling them and there was no reply,. Sick and running low on my prescriptions I drove to the pharmacy,. I Called in again whilst stood outside, just to see what was going on and the young girl just ignored the phone ringing,. I walk in to an empty shop floor and pointed this out,. To my amazement she replied " I don't answer the phone when I'm working by myself". It's the last time I ever

Waste of time. Ordered LFT online and went to collect to be told all sold out. No explanation or alternative. It shouldnt have let us order one online if none left. Still showing as available to order online. Wasted journey now travelling around in a Sunday to find somewhere that is in stock.

Call to check theyre open before you go there late at night. Just drove to get medicine at 9:20pm and it was closed, opening hours online stated 10pm. Very annoying.

Had an awful experience today booked and paid for flu jab via Patient Access took time off work paid for travel only to be told that the system had an error. Sent away without even a proper explanation or help getting my money back which clearly went into the pharmacy’s account as shown on my bank statement. I have to make a claim via the bank to get my money back! Just awful awful service and very unhelpful and dismissive.
