We are a family owned and run business, bringing London the tastes of Palestine and Lebanon. Our head chef is Grandmother who cooks the most delicious and amazing dishes and still manages to keep the boys under her sparkly gaze! She has a team in the kitchen to help in her daily mission to feed the hundreds of people who walk through our doors or enjoy the unique tastes of Hiba's cuisine in the comfort of their own homes and offices.
She is ably abetted by our well recognised chefs who are always diligently working behind the counter preparing the much loved shawarmas as they grill slowly on the spit and get the grill going for freshly cooked chicken and lamb dishes accompanied by colourful salads. We have a great team of floor staff who are knowledgeable about the menu and happy to advise those new to the cuisine and others with dietary requirement.

Hiba Express in Holborn is the mother ship for the Hiba Experience and offers dine-in, takeaway and delivery as well as corporate and events catering (see Corporate Catering and Events Catering). Here we have an extensive menu with over 80 items and platters covering soups, hot and cold mezze items, main dishes, pastries and salads.

Mini Hiba is the first offspring from Hiba of Holborn and most items from the Hiba, Holborn menu can be found here. They are freshly prepared daily with the same quality and standards that we are reputed to hold. The Mini Hiba team is a dynamic, young group of enthusiastic people who have been working at the main Hiba site for the last two years - and bring with them the Hiba spirit.

Hiba Street, just off Tottenham Court Road, around the corner from Goodge Street, is our third eatery. It is aimed at all the busy, busy, busy people working and studying in this diverse part of central London. Again, there is a selection of items available from the main Hiba menu, with the emphasis on food that can be eaten on the go!
