I had asked for Brittain Hadley to complete a survey on a property I was interested in purchasing. I received a very quick response to my initial phone call, and was sent a dummy report to help give me an idea of how the report would look. Once I had agreed to proceed they were very quick in arranging a date with the estate agents for the following week. I received the report only 5 days after the survey, and was both detailed, and plain enough language to understand. The surveyor in question (Nathan Sproule)was also happy to answer my follow up questions to some of the points raised in the report
