A professional and friendly company who provided us with both excellent customer service and excellent, informative surveys. Due to house sales falling through we used their service three times on three separate properties - each time we received really quick and helpful responses to our queries, including on what type of survey to get and further clarification on any technical aspects in the surveys themselves. Lin and Steve were both really friendly and always tried to slot us in as soon as they could. It can't be overstated how useful their professionalism and helpfulness was in the crazy, complicated
