We are allowing a maximum of two customers in the shop at any one time and there will be strict guidelines on where to stand. We are a traditional family butcher offering fine quality meats and food since 1991. Our meat is mainly sourced from our family farm in Smallburgh. We share a passion for offering top quality and fully traceable produce. We are committed to the fantastic Norfolk local food community and we stock quality brands at our shop at Swafield.

Gloucester Old Spot, British Lop and British Saddleback are supplied by our very own farm in Smallburgh so we take their welfare and preparation personally. Reared on drug free and low protein diets the pork produced is succulent and flavoursome. We support a farmer in West Beckham who also produces Gloucester Old Spot to our high standards.
Hampers

We supply a variety of Hampers to either Trade or Retail customers. All the contents with the exception of the crackers are taken from local Norfolk producers which include Crush Foods, Norfolk honey, chutneys & relishes, Norfolk butter etc. along with our homemade pork pies, traditional breed meats and freshly baked bread.

Slowly add the cider and chicken stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes, until the mixture has thickened. Place the chopped mushrooms in a food processor and pulse until the mixture resembles a fine paste. Heat 1tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan and saute the shallots for 3-4 minutes until they are soft.

Outside catering is a speciality of ours. We have built our reputation around supplying events with top quality mobile catering. We can serve hot dogs, burgers, jacket potatoes, hog roasts. You may have a party, a wedding, a prom or a corporate function where you need top quality food for numbers of guests (large or small).
