Services
Pole Fitness
Our Pole Fitness classes develop upper body strength, core stability, and flexibility through progressive techniques. Suitable for all levels, sessions focus on safe skill development from basic spins to advanced inversions. Instructors provide individualised support to help students achieve personal goals while building confidence in a non-judgmental environment.
Aerial Hoop
Aerial Hoop classes combine strength training with artistic movement using suspended apparatus. Students learn controlled ascents, dynamic poses, and flowing transitions while improving balance and spatial awareness. Classes cater to beginners through advanced practitioners, with emphasis on proper technique and injury prevention in a supportive group setting.
Introductory Courses
Our structured 6-week introductory courses provide foundational skills for new aerial students. Small class sizes ensure personalised instruction in basic pole techniques, body alignment, and safety protocols. Designed to build confidence gradually, these courses prepare participants for regular class attendance while fostering peer connections through shared progress.
Private Sessions
Tailored private sessions offer focused attention for specific goals or accelerated learning. Instructors create custom programmes addressing individual needs, whether mastering particular moves, preparing for performances, or overcoming personal challenges. These sessions provide dedicated time for technical refinement and confidence-building in a supportive, non-competitive atmosphere.
Workshops
Specialist workshops explore specific disciplines or techniques in greater depth, including advanced moves, choreography, and performance skills. Led by experienced instructors, these sessions allow participants to concentrate on areas of interest while learning from peers. Workshops often feature guest trainers, providing fresh perspectives and expanded learning opportunities.

I started pole in January 2017 at Kpole having never been to a pole class before and I loved it so much, Ive attended classes on a weekly basis ever since. There are a huge variety of classes on offer, not only pole, such as aerial hoop and dance, so theres something for everyone! All of the instructors are experts in their field & make you feel so comfortable & are always there to help (whether it class related or where to get the best pole clothes & size advice!) The other students are super encouraging & theres always such a friendly and supportive vibe. Its just the best place
