Our services have been designed to reduce as much of the risk as possible from both residential and commercial lettings and to provide peace of mind.
Letting Agents

Got a question? For general information or advice on a specific application please feel free to contact us. Our most comprehensive service provides a great depth of enquiry to help minimise the risk of defaulting tenants. This service takes around 48 hours to complete as we insist on written employment references and thorough validation of references.
Landlords
Report
This service is not suitable for self-employed, retired or overseas applicants and can not be used in conjunction with our Rent Guarantee Insurance. We will search the files of a leading credit reference agency to ensure that the applicant has not previously been insolvent, bankrupt or involved in any court proceedings for debt.
Insurance
